Jerry Keith Jones Jr.

In addition to his role as an adjunct coach with Williams, Roberts, Young, Keith has consulted with groups and individuals on topics such as leadership, character and personal development.

With more than 18 years of experience in business and information technology, Keith is uniquely competent in customer service, organizational efficiency, leadership development and employee relations. Keith spent the last 14 years with Inmar Enterprises, Inc. He began there as a Senior Programmer Analyst and held numerous positions in their Information Technology organization. He is experienced in assessment, recruiting, hiring, motivating and developing employees while enforcing high performance standards. Keith has applied these skills effectively in a variety of business settings, both domestic and near-shore. Industries include retail, financial services, manufacturing, insurance, software application development/ support and career coaching services. Combine these skills with his educational background and professional experience and you have a coach who can bring a unique and strategic perspective to any business.

As an adjunct coach, Keith brings experience working with executives and professionals at all levels of business. His skills enable him to successfully work with groups and individuals quickly demonstrating his ability to build trust, confidence and partnership in reaching career objectives.

Keith holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems Operations Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

He and his wife Robyn have been married for over 18 years.  They have one daughter Kaitlyn, who is 12.
