Pandora S. Gordon

Pandora S. Gordon has over 25 years of varied business experience with expertise in career coaching, intervention and developmental coaching, and 360º feedback coaching. She is a skilled communicator who quickly establishes genuine rapport with clients to identify needs and find appropriate solutions.

Pandora’s passion is in assisting individuals in career and life planning endeavors. She feels that "life is way too short and precious to not spend your time doing something that fulfills you. Having the opportunity to help people discover what that might be for them is the most rewarding thing I have ever done."

She is an experienced counselor and trainer and has worked with various employee groups including senior and mid-level managers, supervisors, and front-line employees in companies such as RJ Reynolds, HanesBrands Inc., Allegacy Federal Credit Union, Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, Novant Health, Duke University, GMAC, Moses Cone Health System, Thomasville Furniture, United Guaranty and Russell Corporation.

Pandora was a Senior Associate at The Edmunds Group for the past six years and prior to that, she was an adjunct staff member with Williams, Roberts, Young Inc. for four years. In this capacity, she provided numerous career transition programs. Prior to working with WRY, she was the Director of Strategic Planning and Development for HanesBrands, Inc.

Pandora completed the UNC-Charlotte Business Coaching Certification program and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from High Point University. She is certified in various 360⁰ Feedback Assessments (The Leadership Circle Profile™, Benchmarks®, 360 BY DESIGN®, Executive Dimensions®, and SKILLSCOPE®) and Individual Assessments (MBTI®, Change Style Indicator®, SOCIAL STYLE™, DISC, and Strength Deployment Inventory®).
