Peggy McAllister

Peggy McAllister, MA, MEd, founder of Intentional Leadership LLC, offers over 20 years of experience providing executive coaching and organizational consulting, with an emphasis on the power of self awareness to create positive outcomes. Her career has spanned both corporate and university settings, assisting executives and mid-level managers to successfully navigate transitions both within their careers and their organizations.

From coaching high tech and dot.com executives in Colorado to craft new strategies and directions for their lives following the 2001 “bust”, to writing an Executive’s Guide to Career Transitions for an outplacement consultancy, to offering free workshops for local people who did not receive a severance package, Peggy’s innovative, strategic and highly practical approach to the job market has supported hundreds of people who have been offered an opportunity to re-think their lives.

Over the years, Peggy has worked with leaders of small family-owned businesses and technology start-ups, in addition to administrators, managers and executives from large corporations like BB&T, Wachovia, Sara Lee, Glaxo, Coca-Cola, Sears, Kaiser Permanente, and Charles Schwab.
