Ted Williams

For more than 25 years, Ted Williams has been helping executives identify and develop extraordinary powers they didn't even know they had. He believes that talent management, with a particular focus on high-potential and superior leader development, is the single most important aspect to organizational improvement.

Ted brings a results-oriented approach to professional and executive coaching through application of sustained learning principles, personal interaction, and asking the tough questions that help leaders change their perspective. Ted Williams is a Principal of Williams, Roberts, Young, Inc. (WRY,) and serves as Chief Executive Officer. He has rooted WRY in high quality standards and excellence in service. Having managed WRY since its foundation, Ted is responsible for setting a strategic direction for the company, topline growth, and operational excellence.

Prior to founding Williams, Roberts, Young, Ted held a variety of executive leadership positions at a Fortune 50 corporation, including Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Operations Officer. He has an extensive background in human resources, operations, organizational development, and general management.

Ted holds a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Wake Forest University and is a graduate of the University of Michigan Graduate School of Business Administration Human Resource Consortium. He is also certified in executive coaching.
