Dr. Dick W. Kracht

With extensive hands-on business experience in Fortune 500 companies, Dick approaches consulting from a real world perspective. His 11 years of coaching experience has allowed him to impact leaders from a variety of global industries including the automotive, pharmaceutical, energy, pulp & paper, textile, telecommunications, packaging, and defense industries as well as from several government agencies.

Milton E. Peddycord

Milton is a retired Senior Vice President from Wachovia Bank. His career spans thirty-eight years as an Information Technology professional. He spent the last thirty years with Wachovia. He began as a programmer/developer and held numerous positions in IT.  A manager for the past twenty-two years, he has worked with both development and operations teams.  He was instrumental in introducing Wachovia's first Internet presence and internal Intranet and was first to design and implement an online system for Wachovia corporate customers.

Tim Binkley

Tim Binkley’s career as a scientist, communication specialist, writer and teacher spans more than 30 years. He has been a professional geologist since 1977.  As an explorationist and researcher in the petroleum industry and a consultant, technical writer and editor in the environmental industry, he has authored hundreds of reports covering a variety of environmental sub-disciplines. He is currently employed as a geology instructor at Forsyth Technical Community College.

Steve Anthis

Steve Anthis has served with Williams, Roberts, Young, Inc. as a career coach since July of 2008. His diverse pedigree includes over twenty years of experience in junior and senior leadership positions with championship and high achieving organizations in athletics, corporate and family-owned businesses, church, and non-profits.

Dawn O. Holzer

Dawn serves Williams, Roberts, Young clients as an organizational development expert, strategic thinker, change agent and executive coach. Drawing on 20 years of business acumen in the areas of leadership development, succession planning, training and organizational change, Dawn has demonstrated that she is a trusted partner, innovative leader, team player and force for driving change.

Pandora S. Gordon

Pandora S. Gordon has over 25 years of varied business experience with expertise in career coaching, intervention and developmental coaching, and 360º feedback coaching. She is a skilled communicator who quickly establishes genuine rapport with clients to identify needs and find appropriate solutions.

John W. Sheldon

Born and educated through high school in Wilmington, Delaware, John attended East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C. He received his B.S. degree in Business Administration. After teaching high school vocational education for two years, he returned to ECU, having been accepted in the Graduate Studies Program of Rehabilitation Counselor Education. He received his M.A. Ed. Degree in Counseling and moved to Winston-Salem, NC where he was employed by the N.C. Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services.

Marilyn M. Ross

With more than 25 years of experience in business and human resources, Marilyn has a unique understanding of business strategy, organizational development and change management, leadership, management and talent identification. She is experienced in assessment and recruiting, learning and development, diversity, executive coaching, and multi cultural strategies. Marilyn has applied these skills effectively in a variety of business settings, both domestic and international. Industries include financial services, publishing, entertainment and retail manufacturing.

Peggy McAllister

Peggy McAllister, MA, MEd, founder of Intentional Leadership LLC, offers over 20 years of experience providing executive coaching and organizational consulting, with an emphasis on the power of self awareness to create positive outcomes. Her career has spanned both corporate and university settings, assisting executives and mid-level managers to successfully navigate transitions both within their careers and their organizations.

Aparna Bhandary

In addition to her role as an adjunct coach with WRY and the Center for Creative Leadership, Aparna is an executive coach, learning and development consultant and director of her own coaching and consulting company. Aparna works with groups and individuals in organizations to create and deliver learning solutions in the areas of leadership, strategy building and creativity.

Jane Smith

Jane Smith has over twenty-five years of counseling and career development experience. She is a National Certified Counselor and a Professionally Licensed Counselor.  She was president of a local non-profit agency for 18 years. In addition to being an adjunct coach with WRY, Jane currently has her own business, Career Consulting Services.  She works on-on-one and with small groups in a variety of settings throughout the state.

Jerry Keith Jones Jr.

In addition to his role as an adjunct coach with Williams, Roberts, Young, Keith has consulted with groups and individuals on topics such as leadership, character and personal development.

John Paul Tier

As a child, John Paul possessed inquisitiveness for just about anything, which often led to being called Dennis the Menace. He once pulled his mother’s Kirby vacuum cleaner completely apart just to see what made it work. The need to know how things are constructed and how they function has led to his passion to provide remarkable solutions to everyday problems for individuals and groups, alike.

Ken White

Ken’s experience is somewhat unique in that he has worked as a human resources professional, a people manager and a recruiter. His in-depth experience in and understanding of how these three functions work together to recruit and retain top talent gives him a wealth of practical application information to share that will be invaluable to the transitioning professional or mentored executive. Ken has always been driven by the job searchers' needs.  His goal is to find out what they want and come as close to the center of their target as possible.
