All WRY programs provide Candidates and Companies alike with access to our Online Career Center. The Online Career Center (OCC) is a powerful Internet-based tool that complements WRY support, materials, guidance and group activities. The OCC is the most results-oriented and versatile personal transition program in use today. The OCC allows candidates and their coaches to partner interactively as well as face-to-face. Together, they build a strategy for an effective job search. Companies can also use the OCC to retrieve statistics that help them monitor their candidates’ progress.
